What You'll Do

There is variety in what we do and how you contribute across store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
• Creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas to influence sales and trends, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
