What you'll do

There is a variety of responsibilities including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training Associates.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction in collaboration with management.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence.
  • Improving the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and maintaining visual standards.
  • Creating inspirational displays to influence sales and trends, aligning with store strategy.

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and technical knowledge of register operations
  • Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Additional information: Candidates aged 18 and over will undergo a criminal record check.
