What You'll Do
There is variety in our work, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates in policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates with management collaboration.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating and driving timely merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal and standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, promoting store fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need
To start your career with us, you'll have:

• 1-2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
