Retail Territory Sales Representative - Calgary (12mth Contract)

The Headlines

In the role of Territory Sales Representative (12mth Contract) in Calgary, you will be part of the Alberta Commercial team. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution targets to support regional success.

This role offers hands-on training, a company vehicle, cell phone, tablet, and opportunities for growth within one of Canada's oldest brewing companies.

The Responsibilities
  • Build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government, and suppliers through a First Choice approach.
  • Negotiate agreements with retail customers to ensure profitability and support strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Ensure excellent execution by building rapport and supporting product standards.
  • Plan and manage budgets, develop business proposals, and execute strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings with your team.
  • Analyze data on volume, distribution, and competitors to develop effective strategies.

  • Valid provincial driver’s license without restrictions.
  • Consent to background checks and driver’s abstract required during recruitment.

Pay and Benefits

We are committed to fair, equitable pay. The total rewards package includes a salary range of $56,000 - $73,500, a 30% target short-term incentive, approximately $11,000 annually on benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, EAP), and paid time off.

The salary range is indicative of our current pay practices, influenced by location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
