Job summary

Loblaw’s No Frills is seeking Store Team Members to support in-store operations and guest service at our Hamilton, ON location. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and participate in store promotions and programs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role demands flexibility to work various hours including weekends and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
