Job summary

No Frills, part of Loblaw Companies, is hiring Store Team Members to help create a positive in-store experience across Canada. You’ll assist customers, stock shelves, and support inventory and promotions. Training is provided, with flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

May involve lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods. This unionized, hourly role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required. Training will be provided to set you up for success.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and remain in motion throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
