Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a part-time Team Lead for our Market Mall shop in Calgary. This role focuses on driving sales, guiding the team, and upholding brand standards while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You will work closely with shop management to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Availability for a variety of shifts—days, evenings, weekends, and holidays— is required, including opening and closing duties.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to help drive the success of our shop at Market Mall.

Reporting to Shop Management, the Team Lead works closely with the leadership team to ensure all aspects of merchandising, customer service, and daily shop operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.

As a Team Lead, you will support and guide the shop team while helping create memorable customer experiences that reflect the Purdys brand. While you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline, your success will come from your ability to inspire your team, connect with customers, and contribute to a positive and collaborative shop environment.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to open and close the shop on weekdays.
