Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Saint-Bruno seeks a store management professional to lead daily retail operations and drive sales growth. You will guide and coach a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong brand representation, while managing daily store tasks and performance.

You will develop staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with management to meet company standards and goals. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the assistant manager and manager to achieve sales goals.
• Train and coach team on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide warm welcome, explain products, and assist customers.
• Coordinate store activities with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and achieve personal sales goals.
• Share information to help the team reach joint targets.
• Mobilize team to foster a positive work environment and belonging.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, and manage absences.
• Create an attractive store layout with planograms and ensure brand presentation.
• Stay aware of competitors and reflect the brand image in displays.
• Plan incoming orders and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and communicate results to the team.
• Open and close the store and follow head office policies.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
