Job summary

La Vie en Rose is hiring a store management professional to lead a diverse retail team at our Montreal-area location. You will drive sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service and bring our brand to life through leadership and teamwork.

You will mentor staff, recruit and train, manage attendance, and ensure a positive, high-performance work environment while upholding brand standards and community-focused values.

• You have previous team management experience in a retail environment.
