WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Systems Architect: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

System Design & Architecture:

• Design, implement, and maintain system architectures for the listed applications and platforms.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization across systems.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the listed applications and platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Implement best practices to optimize merchandising operations, corporate financial and HR processes, supply chain, warehouse, and transportation operations.

Documentation & Training:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in system architecture, implementation, or support within a complex retail or corporate enterprise environment.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in 2-3 of the following applications and platforms is required, with additional experience in others considered a plus.
