Job Summary

Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety of the department's areas, and collaborates with other retail associates.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Handle cash properly and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory and production records.
• Respond to customer needs, resolve concerns.
• Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
• Open and close the department per security policies.
• Assist in selecting and training associates.
• Ensure employees perform their tasks properly.
• Comply with all regulations and company policies regarding food safety, personal safety, and loss prevention.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely per manufacturer instructions and MSDS/SDS sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
