Description

Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on connecting with customers. As a Supervisor, you will work alongside the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the growth of Bath & Body Works.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with leadership tasks as delegated
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members
• Train, motivate, and reward associates to improve sales and customer service
• Reinforce sales standards, performance, and accountability
• Lead by example in selling and customer service standards
• Set daily goals and direct the team accordingly
• Build customer loyalty through engagement and capturing contact information
• Handle opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to support operations and customer service
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize results
• Maintain store policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven sales results experience
• Effective communication and customer-focused selling skills
• Ability to coach in the moment
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and peak periods
• Previous supervisory experience in retail preferred
