Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to deliver a great in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked, assisting customers, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

No prior experience is required and training will be provided. This position is unionized with a starting hourly wage range; candidates should be flexible for days, evenings, and weekends and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and maintain mobility during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
