Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping displays in line with company standards.

No previous experience is required. Training is provided to set you up for success. You should be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; a criminal background check is required for applicants 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
