Job summary

Mons Royale is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for the Whistler flagship to drive customer experience and store performance. You will support the Store Manager, mentor the team, and help uphold Mons Royale’s brand standards in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership on the floor, coaching, and ensuring best-in-class service while managing daily operations, merchandising, and inventory. A passion for outdoor lifestyle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or leadership experience is an asset; training provided.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive with customer service and sales.
• Ability to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Knowledge of Merino wool or Mons products is an asset.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

We are looking for our next Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products. Assist the manager to lead the team, take part ownership of the store and its success

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to deliver strong sales results and exceptional customer service
• Lead by example on the sales floor, providing guidance, feedback, and day-to-day support to team members
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory, and maintaining store standards

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or leadership experience is an asset. We're happy to train the right person!
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a quick learner with a proactive approach to customer service and sales
• Ability to support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and team performance
• Knowledge of, or experience with, Merino wool and/or Mons products is an asset
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
