Job summary

Mons Royale Ltd in Whistler is seeking a full-time, seasonal Retail Representative for our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, share insights about Mons Royale products, and help grow our brand in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

We value energetic, customer-focused individuals who love the outdoors and sustainability. The role offers 4x10s schedules with weekend work and involves incentives and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge / experience using merino or Mons products.
• Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability and the Mons Royale brand.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

We have an opportunity for a full-time, seasonal Retail Representatives to join our team this Winter with the opportunity to extend through to Summer in our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you’ll be doing:

Position & Schedule:

• Full-Time, seasonal position
  • Opportunity for 4 x 10's schedule, giving you 3 days off to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer!
• Must be available to work weekends (Sat and Sun)

Starting Wage: $24/hr + monthly sales incentives, seasonal product allowance & industry discounts
