Job summary

A retail trade company in Thunder Bay District is seeking a full-time supervisor. You'll train staff, manage schedules, oversee order processes, and resolve customer issues. A high school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience are required. This position is permanent and must be completed on-site. Free parking is provided.

• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
