Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
  2. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  3. Ability to effectively teach/develop others to the next level.
  4. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
  5. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  6. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzes operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  7. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
  9. Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail environment.
  3. Ability to multi-task / high organizational skills.
  4. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  5. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  6. Expertise includes shrink reduction, expense control, people development, merchandising strategies, differentiation, brand strategy, and partnership creation.
  7. A passion for board games and pop culture as well as driving sales.
  8. Proven ability to recruit/hire/train/coach a winning team.
  9. Outgoing and fun personality.
  10. Highly motivated.

Pay Rate (per hour): $19 - $24
