Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of daily store operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for retail, and a love for board games and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and reporting

  • Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing sales team

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues professionally

  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation

  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop team members to meet company standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail environment

  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities

  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and coach a winning team

  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

  • Customer service–oriented with a solid understanding of retail operations

  • Experience in shrink reduction, expense control, merchandising, and brand strategy
