Job summary

Showcase is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead Park Royal Shopping Centre store operations, train a high-performing sales team, and drive customer experience. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional service, manage merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and collaborate with your Manager to grow sales while keeping the brand energized.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Mall retail experience is a plus.
