Job summary

The North West Company in Cross Lake, MB is seeking a Retail Store Department Head to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will hire and train staff, organize schedules, control inventory, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels. Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
