What You’ll Do

• Drive operational excellence in areas like visual merchandising, customerservice, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providingclear updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration andtraining Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customerservice, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement.
• Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye‑catchingmerchandise displays in key areas.

About You

• Relevant Experience – 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
• Team Collaboration – A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships.
• Task Management – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while adapting to new challenges.
