What You'll Do

There's variety in our work and how you contribute across store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal and presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends through creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, aligning with store strategy.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you'll have:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Strong customer service skills, ability to identify customer and associate needs, technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
