What You'll Do

There's a variety of responsibilities in this role, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, clear communication of updates, and training Associates in service policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates collaboratively with the management team.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
• Contributing to sales and trend influence by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
