What You'll Do

There's a variety of tasks contributing to different store facets such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal and presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, aligning with store strategy.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Strong customer service skills, including technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
