Job summary

Canadian Tire in Victoria, BC is seeking a Store Associate to provide friendly service, stock shelves, merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store.

No experience is required; training is provided. You will greet customers, answer questions, ring up purchases and support daily store tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic retail tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person or over the phone.
• Recommend related products so customers leave with what they need.
• Maintain store appearance: stocking shelves, labels, facing and cleaning.
• Perform inventory checks to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
