ManpowerGroup, Inc. is seeking a Retail Lead for our Delta, BC location. You will support store operations and staff, drive customer service excellence, and assist with merchandising and shipments.

Open availability and leadership experience are expected. You will train and coach team members, manage cash, and help with opening/closing duties. This role offers growth within a large workforce solutions company.

• Minimum 2 years in retail with supervisory experience.

Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a RetailLead to join their team. As a Retail Lead,you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Lead

Location: Delta, BC

Pay Range: $20.40-22.70

Shift: Full Time (plus weekly overtime)

What's the Job?

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management
• Help with store merchandising, shelf stocking, and processing shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure high performance
• Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed

What's Needed?

• Ideally, two (2) years’ experience in the retail industry
• Ideally, two (2) years in a supervisory or management role
• Open availability required (day, evening, weekend)
• Ability to organize time efficiently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
