• Supervising daily store operations and assisting management
• Overseeing responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence

• Guiding and instructing store associates
• Maintaining store standards and conditions
• Supporting staffing levels and sales goals
• Leading by example in customer service and sales
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring safety regulations
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Managing inventory processes
• Possessing valid SellSafe and QCW licenses

Qualifications:
