Retail Shift Leader - Queen East, Toronto

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store in collaboration with store management.
  2. Overseeing Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
  3. Assisting with personnel management and resolving customer service issues as needed.
  4. Providing guidance and instruction to store associates.
  5. Maintaining store conditions to established standards.
  6. Supporting staffing levels to meet business needs when requested.
  7. Leading sales and customer service efforts in the absence of SM/ASM.
  8. Greeting and assisting customers professionally.
  9. Ensuring adherence to company policies and legislation.
  10. Handling customer complaints appropriately.
  11. Ensuring health, safety, and security regulations are followed.
  12. Achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
  13. Overseeing inventory management and processes.
  14. Must have valid CannSell license and be able to complete a Police Background Check.
  15. Demonstrating sales and service orientation with at least 2 years of retail experience (Cannabis industry preferred).
  16. Exhibiting excellent time management, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  17. Working any shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends, across various locations.
