About the Role

Responsibilities
  1. Assist store management in supervising daily store operations.
  2. Oversee responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
  3. Help manage personnel and resolve customer service issues.
  4. Provide guidance and instruction to store associates.
  5. Maintain store standards and conditions.
  6. Assist in staffing and meet business needs.
  7. Act as sales and customer service leader in absence of SM/ASM.
  8. Greet and assist customers professionally.
  9. Ensure adherence to policies and legislation.
  10. Handle customer complaints appropriately.
  11. Ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
  12. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  13. Oversee inventory management and processes.
  14. Must have valid CannSell license and be able to complete a Police Background Check.
  15. Demonstrate sales and service skills.
  16. Minimum 2 years retail experience, cannabis industry preferred.
  17. Excellent time management and leadership skills.
  18. Basic office skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  19. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
  20. Understand health and safety legislation.
  21. Flexible to work any shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
