Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

  • Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store
  • Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM
  • Assist in the delivery of key personnel management when on shift and resolve any customer service issues as needed
  • Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates as required
  • Ensure store conditions are upheld to established standards
  • Assist in staffing levels to meet business needs when requested
  • Act as the sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM
  • Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain health, safety, and security standards on shift
  • Achieve sales targets and store KPIs
  • Oversee inventory management and processes on shift
  • Must have valid SellSafe and QCW licenses to work in a retail cannabis store
  • High school diploma and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required
  • Demonstrated sales and service orientation
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, cannabis industry preferred
  • Excellent time management and staff training skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation
  • Flexible to work nights, holidays, weekends, and at different locations
