Job summary

Canna Cabana in Morden, Manitoba is hiring Retail Shift Leaders who are responsible, hardworking, and mature to join our growing team. You will lead a store team, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

As a Shift Leader, you will manage daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and training, while upholding our brand standards. Night/weekend shifts are required; this role offers growth within a expanding cannabis retail network.

Qualifications

  • Must already have, or be able to quickly obtain, Smart Choices certification
  • Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and at least 1-2 years’ retail supervisory experience
  • A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
  • Experience working with similar brands/products is an asset
  • Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations
  • Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday
  • Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A passion for customer service excellence

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Demonstrated abilities in visual planning and merchandising
