In this role, you will lead, develop, and support our computer solutions and services team to create an exceptional customer experience at the computer solutions services desk.

What you’ll do as a retail supervisor:
  1. Motivate and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  2. Coach and support your team in customer service, sales techniques, and technical procedures.
  3. Provide information and expert advice on Best Buy products and services.
  4. Share your passion for technology and product knowledge to inspire customers.
  5. Cultivate an inclusive team and learning environment.
  6. Collaborate with the store leader to measure and improve sales and service performance.
What we’re looking for:
  1. At least 1 year of experience leading a retail team of 3 or more associates.
  2. Over 2 years of retail experience in a technical customer service or sales role.
  3. Enthusiasm for welcoming and assisting customers.
  4. Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment.
