Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a retail sales supervisor to lead and coach a team of sales advisors, delivering an outstanding customer experience across our Calgary store.

You will motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure inclusive, fun, and safe working conditions while maintaining store KPI’s and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of 15+ associates.
• 2+ years managing and reviewing expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
