Job Description

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach our selling model by engaging customers and motivating associates, focusing on results and a customer-first mindset.
• Sales Execution: Maximize sales through high customer engagement and effective assistance, ensuring understanding of flyers and promotions.
• Team Leadership: Foster a selling culture, learn and teach new trends, and collaborate with store leaders on sales goals.
• Operational Excellence: Support store standards, health & safety, loss prevention, and policies.
• Training and Development: Dedicate time to self-development and train associates to promote continuous learning.
• Administrative Duties: As a keyholder, ensure safe store opening/closing, handle timekeeping, payroll, and compliance tasks.

Some of what you need

• 3+ years retail sales experience; technology sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience with direct sales and service targets accountability.
• Strong communication skills to motivate customers and team members.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
