Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and complete sales transactions.
2. Resolve issues such as customer complaints, supply shortages, delivery shortages, and special order products.
3. Report damaged products to suppliers.
4. Ensure store stock is replenished regularly throughout the day.
5. Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
6. Understand and explain products and promotions to customers.
7. Prepare daily sales transaction reports and send them to the manager via email.
8. Hire, train, or coordinate training for new staff.
9. Authorize payments by cheque and handle merchandise returns.
