Job Summary

Your primary responsibility would be in-store sales and training at Sephora! The ideal candidate loves the Sephora environment and has a strong background in the beauty industry. Energy and passion for skincare and the brand is critical! You love learning and are always excited to train staff members, as well as teaching and guiding customers.

Job Description

• Customer service and education : Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers is our top priority!
• Sales : It's important to consistently achieve and deliver sales goals.
• Relationship-building : Develop excellent in-store relationships with management and staff, finding new ways for the brand to be presented in store.
• Stock and VM checks : Keep shelves clean and stocked, replenish testers, report out-of-stock items promptly.
• Reporting : Weekly updates to ensure goals are met and issues are addressed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail, sales, or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare
• Beauty Therapy Qualification is an advantage
• Passion for skincare
• Strong product knowledge, brand messaging, and selling skills
• Experience in an open-sell environment
• Self-motivated, committed, goal-oriented

Work Location, Territory, and Work Week

• Based in-store in Vancouver
• Part-time role, 20-25 hours / week
• Schedule set by supervisor, including at least 3 weekends / month
