Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Specialist to support client objectives by driving in-store sales and executing merchandising programs at major retail locations. You will work closely with store management to increase brand awareness and ensure SKUs are represented with accurate pricing and tags.

The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with strong communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).

Qualifications

• Education Level: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKU’s.
• Sell at store level “live orders” on multiple clients in over 50% of stores monthly.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling and building displays, creating themes with related items for holidays/events.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring all authorized client items on the shelf have accurate tags and remove unsellable stock.
• Work on item authorization to meet Client shelf schematic standards and place POS materials as directed.
• Complete accurate paperwork and reports (recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports) in a timely manner.

When you join the Company, you will receive top-notch training and competitive pay rates.CAD $21.50 - $23.00 per hourResponsibilities:Meet client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKU’sMust have the ability to communicate effectively both internally with The Company management and externally with all CustomersSell at store level “live orders” on multiple clients (>5 clients) in over 50% of their stores on the monthly basisIncrease sales volume through promotional activity by selling and building displays, creating themes with related items to support holiday/special promo events, and making plan-o-gram adjustments when necessary.Maintain client objectives by ensuring all authorized client items represented on the shelf have accurate and complete tags and making certain that un-saleable or out-of-code product is removedWill work on the authorization of items to meet Client shelf schematic standards.
