Reporting to the District Manager, the role of Store Manager is responsible for the development of the Assistant Manager and Associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Profitability within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group
  • Recruit, Onboard and Train Top talent
  • Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business results
  • Know and manage the business through effective use of all sales and financial reports
  • Act as a liaison between our Showcase Backstage Support Team and Associates to ensure smooth and seamless operation
  • Ensure the execution of all company visual and operational standards in order to provide an exceptional customer experience environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years Store Management experience with a specialty retailer, preferably Mall based
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
