Ashley Canada - The Dufresne Group in Brampton is seeking a Sales Manager for our Brampton store at 70 Great Lakes Dr. This leadership role focuses on coaching the sales team, improving store performance and creating an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead the team in achieving store sales and margins, coach staff, conduct meetings, and partner with store operations. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for days, evenings and weekends.
• Criminal Record Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance.
• Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management.
• Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions.
• Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement.
• Review performance trends and implement action plans.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
• Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities.
