Job description

TITLE

Licensed Sales Manager (SM)

PURPOSE

The Licensed Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to exceed performance expectations in a fast-paced sales environment. In part, this role will work in collaboration with the Project Team and Director of Sales to drive strategies and ensure sustained sales success for their project.

THE ROLE

Currently Seeking for projects in the following markets: Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Mission, Port Moody.

The Licensed Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.

The Sales Manager will take on the following responsibilities in their project:

  1. Driving sales momentum and revenue targets in alignment with clients' goals
  2. Contribute to regular follow-up and outreach of driving qualified traffic and registrants
  3. Provide service to customers from initial introduction through closing
  4. Networking with Realtors to generate interested traffic and drive sales momentum
  5. Provide ongoing input on pricing and strategy recommendations
  6. Initial and continued market research and data analysis - both re-sale and new construction emphasis
  7. MLS Listing activities, contract and paperwork administration
  8. Management of CRM, CMS systems
  9. Collaborate with Project Manager and Directors of Sales to continuously improve the operations of the Project
  10. Attend all team meetings, and corporate meetings as required
  11. Establish and maintain effective relationships with other team members, and help foster a great team culture

CREDENTIALS

  1. Real Estate Trading Services License
  2. 5+ Years Experience in real estate project sales
  3. Experience with Lasso, Avesdo, Spark CRM and Database's an asset
