Qualifications

• One year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievement valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Coach and supervise associates; provide actionable feedback and supervision.
• Occasionally cover breaks or openings in the absence of a supervisor.
• Interact with customers and adhere to company policies and practices.
