Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate on credit card products, and guide them through the application process.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and store teams, flexibility across locations, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Energetic communicator who enjoys meeting people and starting conversations.
• Sales goals oriented and motivated to exceed them.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt messaging to the customer.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not required.
• Professional and discreet with sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
• Driver's license useful but not required.
