Provide exceptional experiences to every customer using the Sell with Style steps.
Professionally resolve all customer complaints, ensuring the customer leaves satisfied by listening, understanding the situation, and finding a resolution.
Share product knowledge for current add-ons when styling customers.
Complete customer bag checks when required.
SALES
Have a clear understanding of store targets set daily, weekly, and monthly, and monitor how the store is tracking on a daily basis.
Assist in achieving store sales and performance indicators.
Track sales hourly using the store diary.
Continuously improve all company KPIs.
Utilize all tools within the store diary to meet KPI benchmarks.
EAR PIERCING
Understand the proper use of mechanical stud and clasp ear devices.
Provide safe and sanitary ear piercing to customers.
Recognize procedures for potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND HOUSEKEEPING
Assist in merchandising and housekeeping tasks.
Execute all floor updates, range updates, and promotions as per planogram.
Sale set ups should be completed according to sale guidelines.
Ensure signage is correct and up-to-date as per guides.
Complete 'time to shine' (morning cleaning) and recovery (end of day merchandising) daily.
Keep the store clean and tidy at all times; order cleaning products as needed.
Log maintenance issues through the Service Desk within 24 hours (excluding Maintenance and Marketing).
Keep the backroom clean and organized; no stock should be stored there.
Conduct regular store walks to identify safety issues (e.g., broken mirrors, ladders).
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Ensure stock is processed according to company standards (IBTs, etc.).
Replenish stock into ranges within 24 hours of delivery.
Complete daily/weekly stock audits by end of day Friday.
Refill product from cupboards daily.
Organize excess stock to Lovisa standards, bagging styles separately and individually if tangled.
Repair broken or faulty products immediately and return to the floor.
Scan out non-repairable product on the same day it is identified.
Complete visual merchandising and promotional directives, including product placement, fullness, pricing, and POS material.
BRAND AMBASSADOR
Present yourself according to the Lovisa Style Guide.
Wear the team piece on every shift.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
COMMUNICATION
Read, understand, and act on all points in the Lowdown and Lovisa communication notifications.
Maintain open communication lines; utilize the Store Diary daily.
Respond to phone calls within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.
OTHER
Comply with the Lovisa Employee Manual and Security Manual.
Stay updated with policies and procedures.
Maintain security awareness as per Lovisa policy.
Use daily cash-up sheets to ensure register balances.
Be coachable, flexible, and proactive.
Start/Finish Times as per roster within retail hours; outside hours require manager approval.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned within your skill level.
KEY MEASURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Meet KPIs such as sales growth, average dollar, items per sale, add-on percentage, and Lola completion.
Act appropriately in the absence of the Manager, within your skill and competency.
