Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a “Brick Specialist” and provide engaging guest experiences in an interactive store environment. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals for a seasonal, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exceed guest expectations through fun and meaningful interactions:

• Greet guests, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times (80%)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning, managing store displays, and following LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, assist with receiving merchandise, maintain stock standards, and report shortages (10%)

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $19.10 to $20.10, based on responsibilities and market factors. Additional benefits include family care leave, wellness programs, colleague discounts, and performance bonuses.
