Overview

Do you love skiing or snowboarding? Are you a people person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone? We are looking to hire Retail Sales Associates for the upcoming season. The Retail Sales Associate helps customers while they shop, answers questions, assists in the selection of rental equipment and assists in daily store operations. In this role, you serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an essential role in the store’s overall success. Compensation Information: $19.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads of 5 kg but less than 10 kg; Predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all resort guests and employees.
• Ensure outlets are well stocked and retail inventory is kept secure.
• Keep outlets clean, tidy and well merchandised.
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to according to SPRLLP guidelines and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all SPRLLP policies are adhered to as outlined in the current Employee handbook.
