Overview

Canna Caban is actively seeking part-time Sales Associates who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Manage login IDs on Point of Sale (POS) terminal as required by Canna Cabana.
• Handle cash and product floats, signing in and verifying floats of Cannabis at the start and end of shifts.
• Create an educational experience for customers, regardless of their familiarity with cannabis. In-house training will be provided.
• Recommend products including cannabis flower, seeds, and accessories.
• Assist Store Manager with opening/closing procedures following High Tide SOPs.
• Report suspicious behaviors or abusive customers to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• ID customers as per Cannabis Retail Store Handbook.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain CannaSell SK certification.
• Provide a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start.
• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible to work any shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for cannabis and its derivatives.
• Desire to educate customers responsibly about cannabis benefits.
