Job summary

Old Navy in Canada is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will educate customers about products and our loyalty programs, while collaborating with leadership to achieve store goals across omni-channel channels.

You are a strong communicator, adaptable, and passionate about retail, able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers about the brand and loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Keep a neat, organized store and assist with operations and stock handling.

• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
