Job summary

UNOde50 is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for its Sherway Gardens location in Toronto. You will deliver personalized service, helping customers choose the right jewelry while meeting store KPIs and supporting stock control and inventory processes.

The role emphasizes attentive customer care, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and participation in a commission-based earning model with exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail with personalized service and sales goals.
• Advanced level of English; Spanish is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional advisory and connect with customers to help them find the perfect piece.
• Work with KPIs and team goals to drive store performance.

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience of minimum of 1 year in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
• Advanced level of English is essential. Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A person with a strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
