Responsibilities / Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Be an expert in all things tech as a Sales Associate
• Build connections with customers to find the right solutions for them
• Contribute to the team’s success by achieving personal sales goals
• Work closely with teammates to ensure the store operates at its peak performance

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for tech, telecommunications, and sales
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is a plus
• Knowledge of a second language (e.g., French, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, etc.) is welcomed

Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
